Hi, I’m Daria Taikova - soft power coach, therapist-in-training and creator of the 88 Days Plan, a proven framework for turning “I wish” into “I did.”

I work with emotionally intelligent, often overwhelmed humans who are done hustling for worthiness and ready to make real, lasting change—without burnout or self-betrayal.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Culture with a Minor in Sociology and an Information Records and Management Certification, which deepened my expertise in human behaviour, systems thinking, and the psychology of how people process information and change.

My professional development includes specialized training in trauma awareness, mental health literacy, leadership, performance management, workplace wellness, and culturally responsive practices. I’ve completed advanced learning with mental health leaders like McLean Hospital (The Body Keeps the Score, Complex PTSD, ADHD, suicide assessment, somatic healing), as well as national law enforcement and justice sector training in trauma-informed interviewing, community engagement, and online exploitation investigations.

​This blend of education, lived experience, and applied training means I approach your growth from multiple angles—combining psychology, nervous system literacy, and embodied coaching strategies so that your transformation sticks.

I bring the perspective of someone who’s been there:
20+ years of real-world resilience, a career with the RCMP’s Internet Child Exploitation Unit, and my own lived healing from PTSD. These experiences shaped my belief that change doesn’t have to be harsh—it just has to be supported.

…I bring grounded, trauma-informed, and softly revolutionary strategies that make transformation feel safe—and inevitable.

I’m currently completing my internship as part of my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and actively working in the Embodied Intimacy & Relationship Coaching field. I also host the Delightful Daria Podcast, where I share quick dips into emotional insight, healing stories, and a touch of body-based magic.
